Life & Style reveals in the new issue--on newsstands now--that Cameron Diaz and Diddy's recent rendezvous have been more than just friendly outings! "It's early and not exclusive," an insider tells Life & Style, adding that the couple's relationship has helped Cameron get over her longtime romance with baseball star Alex Rodriguez. "Diddy is someone Cam can have fun with, no ties at all."
Cameron and Diddy were spotted spending quality time together in New York City last week, having dinner at seafood hot spot Catch Roof on Oct. 24, followed by a stroll through Washington Square Park the next day. "Cameron was beaming," says an onlooker who spotted her with Diddy on Oct. 25. "They looked really comfortable together."
This isn't the first time Cameron has connected with Diddy. The Bad Teacher star, 39, first hooked up with the music mogul, 42, in May 2008, during a party at Prince's LA house. "She was the last person to show up, and I was standing there with a friend of mine -- we looked over at one of the lounge chairs and we were like 'Do you see that?' She was making out with Diddy!" recalls a partygoer.
Btw.. Years ago Cameron hooked up with actor Djimon Hounsou, who is now married to fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons. It was a very brief fling.
