**UPDATE** 12.01.09 "No Charges To Be Filed In Tiger Woods Case"

Florida authorities are closing the car accident case on Tiger Woods, and will not do more than issue a minor traffic ticket with a possible $164 fine to the golfer.

"The investigation has concluded that Mr. Woods is at fault in the crash," a Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman said Tuesday afternoon at a press conference, saying that they found that Woods, 33, had not driven in a "careful and prudent manner" when he was hurt in a one-car crash outside his Orlando home.

In addition to the fine, the careless-driving citation could give Woods four points on his driver's license, if he is found guilty. There will be no criminal charges, and the case is closed, the spokeswoman said.

Police said there were no claims of domestic violence in the case and "there was insufficient evidence available to issue a subpoena for additional medical information that may exist."

"Mr. Woods has satisfied the requirements of Florida law by providing" his driver's license, registration, and insurance information, and was not required to submit to interviews or give evidence, she said.

The FHP spokeswoman refused to take questions, and it's fairly certain those surrounding the famed golfer will continue to circulate.

Now that the police are a bit aggravated by the fact that Tiger Woods nor his wife will speak with them, they are moving forward with the investigation.

They are now investigating to see if a crime was committed. (Domestic Violence, DUI, etc...) In addition, they are requesting Tiger Woods medical records from the Emergency room to be released to see if his injuries were consistent with a car accident or something else (Domestic Violence).

According to TMZ:

According to a witness, Tiger had a cut on his lower lip when emergency responders and witnesses arrived. The wound was bloody.

Tiger was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. It's illegal in Florida to drive without shoes.

Tiger was lying on the ground unconscious when EMT workers arrived. They used "pain stimulus" -- a method where pressure is applied on an unconscious person to make them alert -- but Tiger only briefly opened his eyes and then lost consciousness.

We're told EMTs asked Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, if Tiger was taking any medications. She went in the house and brought out two pill bottles. She said she did not know when he had last taken the meds.

Elin was extremely upset and was told twice by paramedics to stand back while they tended to her husband.

Dayum! Tiger was running for his life!

Update! Tiger Woods Cancels His Upcoming Appearance In The Chevron World Challenge Golf Tournament!

According To TMZ:

Tiger Woods will not play in the Chevron World Challenge golf tournament this week.

The reason for Tiger's no show -- car crash injuries.

On Tiger's own website, he released a statement saying, "I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week ... I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I'm very sorry that I can't be there."

The site also says Tiger will not compete in any more events this year.

The tourney says they are trying to find someone to take Tiger's spot and that it would come from one of the top 50 players in the world.

As for refunds, the tourney's site says tickets will refunded at face value beginning next week

Tiger Woods Released Statement Via His Website:

As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.

Tiger & His Wife Cancel A THIRD police interview!

Tiger Woods says the car crash that sent him to the hospital is his fault and has become embarrassing to him and his family, and for the third straight day canceled a meeting with state troopers.

Sgt. Kim Montes of the Florida Highway Patrol said Woods' lawyer did not reschedule the meeting.

In a statement posted Sunday on his Web site about an hour before he was meet with troopers, Woods says his wife, Elin, acted "courageously" when she saw that he was hurt. He says any other assertion is "absolutely false."

Woods says he understands there is curiosity about the accident.

He says the "malicious" rumors circulating about him and his family are irresponsible.

The world's No. 1 golfer says he has cuts and bruising and is "pretty sore."

Something just seemed "off" about the entire incident... a couple of days ago there was a story in a "tabloid" that stated Tiger Woods was having an affair... at the time, we just shrugged it off as complete fabrication... well 2 days later, a suspicious "accident" occurs at the Woods home.... Rachel Uchitel-The other woman?

According to reports, Elin Nordegren attacked husband Tiger Woods' car with a golf club early Friday morning, a rumor that would lead one to believe the golfer was having an extramarital affair.

But this isn't the case says Rachel Uchitel, the woman at the heart of the gossip.

As director of VIP services for Pink Elephant, a company that specializes in the NYC club scene, Uchitel admits she's met Woods on a couple of occasions. But she's never seen him outside work and never slept with him, she told The New York Post.

"This is nothing to do with me. We have never had an affair, and the claims we did are completely false... I am really upset about it because I am being portrayed as a homewrecker, when it simply isn’t true.”

Uchitel added that The National Enquirer paid a friend $25,000 to make up the story about her and Tiger.

She claims she offered to take a polygraph for the newspaper to prove her side, but "they refused it. They told me it was too late and the story was running anyway."

In October, Rachel was also accused of sleeping with married actor David Boreanaz. She referenced that in the interview:

“Other things have happened in my past that would prevent me from doing anything like this. I have traveled with men that are quietly more important than Tiger Woods and it is incredibly difficult to get to their hotel room,” she said, referring to the report that she snuck into Tiger's hotel room in Australia earlier this year.

Uchitel doesn't sound like a woman trying to sleep around and make a name for herself, does she?

As someone best known for saving par when facing a difficult lie, we'll see if Tiger can now save his marriage when faced with a series of lies.

Chris Brown Set To Perform Live & Give A Pre-Taped Interview On Good Morning America! + Rihanna Admits She Misses Chris Brown!

Chris Brown will perform live on "Good Morning America" in early December, reports RadarOnline.com.

Brown is scheduled to do a pre-tapped "tell-all" interview with co-anchor of the morning show, Robin Roberts, and then will perform live in the studio, though all of the details are reportedly still being worked out.

This interview comes just a few weeks after Rihanna sat down to have her own "tell-all" interview with Diane Sawyer. That interviewed aired in parts on "Good Morning America" and "20/20."

Just days before he confirmed his appearance on "Good Morning America" the singer found out he'd been dropped from Timbaland's upcoming CD.

The album, called "Shock Value II," comes from the same singer-producer who is best known for hit songs like "Apologize" and for his collaborations with performers like Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake.

But according to E! Online, Brown leaving Timbaland's album was all in good faith.

"The decision was a mutual decision since both artists were at the time working on their solo projects," a rep for Timbaland told E! News.

However inside sources maintain that Brown's vocals were cut from the track "The One I Love" due to the continuing "drama" in his life. Still, Timbaland's camp denies this is the case.

"Chris is a friend to us," Timbaland's rep said.

Timbaland's newest album is due out on December 8. Oddly enough, Chris Brown's latest work, "Graffiti," is expected to hit stores the same day.

Side Note: Chris Brown doesn't need Timbaland... I'm sure Timbaland will continue to be okay working with white artists.

Tiger Woods Involved In Minor Car Accident!

Tiger Woods was involved in a minor accident in the wee hours of the morning after Thanksgiving. Tiger was leaving his home at 2:30 am... Yes...2:30 am and ran into a fire hydrant on his property and his SUV ran into a tree on his neighbor's property...

Ummmmmm interesting...I wonder where Tiger was going at 2:30 am? Something is amiss...Did a fight happen between he and his wife?? Hmmmmm I'm just saying... anywho... details below:

Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren, used her husband's golf clubs to rescue him after the vehicle he was driving got pinned to a tree in an early morning accident the day after Thanksgiving.

Windermere Police officers were the first to respond to the scene that was "spitting distance" from the golfer's home in the gated community of Islesworth, Fla., according to Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor.

"When they got there, he was laying in the street," Saylor said. "His wife had broken out the back window with a golf club to get into the vehicle and pull him out."

Saylor did not know how Nordegren managed to pull her husband out, but she was determined to do so. "She used two golf clubs," Saylor says. "She bent one and used another one."

Woods, 33, first hit a fire hydrant and then smashed into a tree, according to two Windermere patrolmen who arrived first at the scene.

"When they got there, they noticed he had lacerations to his lower and upper lip and blood in his mouth and he was in and out of consciousness," Saylor says.

Officers Jason Sipos and Branson McDonald treated Woods before the ambulance arrived. Officer McDonald is a paramedic and began administering first aid. They worked on Woods for 10 to 15 minutes before the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the ambulance arrived, the chief adds.

"They were holding him down because he kept trying to get up and he kept going in and out of consciousness," Saylor says. "They held his head stable for him and basically made sure he didn't move."

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, which took place outside Wood's home. No charges have been filed at this time. It remains unclear what Woods was doing out at that hour.

Windermere Mayor Gary Bruhn stated on Friday afternoon that Woods had been treated and released from Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, just outside of Orlando and Islesworth.

Bruhn called the injuries "minor."

Oprah Winfrey Set To Announce The End Date Of Her Popular Show!

Lady O, Oprah Winfrey is set to end her show in 2011. Oprah will make the announcement on her show today. (Friday).

According to Fancast:

‘The Oprah Winfrey Show,’ an iconic broadcast that grew over two decades into a daytime television powerhouse and the foundation of a multibillion-dollar media empire, will end its run in 2011 after 25 seasons on the air, Winfrey’s production company said Thursday night.

Winfrey plans to announce the final date for her show during a live broadcast on Friday, Harpo Productions Inc. said, bringing an end to what has been television’s top-rated talk show for more than two decades, airing in 145 countries worldwide and watched by an estimated 42 million viewers a week in the U.S. alone.

A Harpo spokeswoman declined to comment Thursday on Winfrey’s future plans except to say that “The Oprah Winfrey Show” will not be transferred to cable television.

Winfrey is widely expected to start up a new talk show on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, a much-delayed joint venture with Discovery Communications Inc. that is expected to debut in 2011. OWN is to replace the Discovery Health Channel and will debut in some 74 million homes. An OWN spokeswoman declined comment Thursday.

CBS Television Distribution, which distributes “The Oprah Winfrey Show” to more than 200 markets blanketing the United States, held out hope that it could continue doing business with Winfrey, perhaps producing a new show out of its studios in Los Angeles.

“We have the greatest respect for Oprah and wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors,” the unit of CBS Corp. said in a statement. “We know that anything she turns her hand to will be a great success. We look forward to working with her for the next several years, and hopefully afterwards as well.”

Winfrey’s 24th season opened earlier this year with a bang, as she drew more than 20,000 fans to the city’s Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue for a Chicago block party with the Black Eyed Peas.

Jennifer Lopez Files A $10 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Ex-Hubby Who's Shopping Around A Vid!!

According to reports...

JLo has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa, whom she claims is violating a confidentiality agreement in place since 2004 by shopping around a honeymoon video the two made in 1997.

The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, reputedly includes Lopez, now 40, supposedly being spanked by Noa. It reportedly also contains a fight between her and her mother.

Lopez wants all the footage of her handed over so her lawyers can see whether Noa violated their confidentiality agreement.

In 2007, she won a lawsuit that forbade him from publishing a tell-all book about their 11-month marriage. That book allegedly claimed Lopez frequently cheated on Noa, including with her current husband, Marc Anthony.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered Noa not to release the video while the case is being decided. The jurist is set to rule Tuesday on whether to continue his order barring distribution.

"I'm going to fight this," Noa, 35, told the New York Post.

Katt Williams Arrested For Burglary!

Comedian and rapper Katt Williams remained jailed in suburban Atlanta on Monday after police said they arrested the entertainer for breaking into a home.

Williams, who police say is 38, is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Office Major James Yarbrough.

A deputy at the Coweta County Jail confirmed Williams was being held there and that a magistrate was expected to set bond at an arraignment Monday afternoon.

Oprah Bans BeBe Winans Just 1 Week After He Appeared On Her Show, Because Of The Domestic Violence Backlash She Received For Only Banning Chris Brown!

Gospel star Bebe Winans has been banned from appearing on Oprah Winfrey's talk show, pending his trial on domestic assault charges.

(Keep in mind... Oprah and BeBe Winans are very close friends!)

Winans' ex-wife attacked Winfrey for inviting the singer on her show last week, while taking a public stand against R&B star Chris Brown over his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna back in February (09).
