Tereas Giudice and Joe Giudice put on a united front outside of the United States District Court in Newark, New Jersey, on Tuesday, July 30. Arriving hand-in-hand, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars appeared before Judge Cathy Waldor.
UPDATE: The Giudices were each released on $500,000 unsecured bail bonds. They must surrender their passports and they are not allowed to leave New York or New Jersey until their next hearing, which is scheduled for Aug. 14. During the hearing, it was also revealed that Joe, who was born in Italy, is not a legal U.S. citizen.
An onlooker says the spouses "were very solemn" during the hearing, adding that there were "no tears" and "they were very professional."
One day earlier, the Bravo reality stars were charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa, 41, and Joe, 43, of Montville Township, N.J., are accused of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their show debuted in 2009, then hiding their improving fortunes in a bankruptcy filing after their first season aired.
The spouses are also accused of submitting fraudulent mortgage and loan applications from 2001 to 2008.
On Monday, July 29, Teresa's attorney, Henry Klingeman, told Us Weekly, "Teresa will plead 'not guilty.' The judicial process that begins today with an indictment is a search for the truth. As it moves forward, we look forward to vindicating her." Joe's attorney, Miles Feinstein, echoed, "We're going to meet these charges and fight them."
Side Note: What in the world!? These are some SERIOUS charges. In addition, Joe is not a U.S. citizen and could be DEPORTED!

WTF???? Murderer George Zimmerman Found NOT GUILTY + WATCH Verdict, Press Conferences
Yesterday evening the jury in the George Zimmerman trial notified the court that they had indeed come up with a verdict. After 16 hours of deliberating, the six women on the jury had the audacity to find George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY of killing Trayvon Martin.
Instead of finding him guilty of 2nd degree murder, the jury had the option to find Zimmerman guilty of manslaughter. That would have been the best option, versus letting this cold blooded killer go free. It is ridiculous and outrageous that Mothers would let this man go free.
But I suppose since the child wasn't white, his life just didn't matter to the women on the jury. They didn't care that George Zimmerman profiled Trayvon Martin, they didn't care that Zimmerman followed Trayvon in his car and then on foot, they didn't care that Trayvon was alone walking home with no way to defend himself from a stranger following him, they didn't care that Zimmerman pursued Trayvon when he was told by authorities not to, they didn't care that Zimmerman LIED about following Trayvon, they didn't care that Zimmerman gave inconsistent statements to the police, they didn't care that Zimmerman pulled out a loaded gun and shot Trayvon Martin point blank in the chest, they didn't care that Trayvon was SCREAMING FOR HELP, SCREAMING FOR HIS LIFE, THEY JUST DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN.
The verdict yesterday let all black Mothers and Fathers know that their child's life isn't worth a damn in the justice system. This verdict let US know that a dog's life is valued more than the life of a young black teenager minding his business walking home with skittles and tea, getting ready to watch the Miami Heat game. This let's ME know that my future children lives are already in jeopardy before they're even born, just for being black.
My heart goes out to Sabrina Fulton, Tracy Martin and their family. You shall remain in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.
Side Note: By the way the prosecution did a pitiful job. I could have prosecuted this case better than their half ass effort and I'm not even an attorney. Defense attorney Don West is a disgrace, his arrogant ass was a hot offensive mess at the press conference. I hope Trayvon Martin's family sues Sanford, the police department and George Zimmerman!

Update: [Video] - Elisabeth Hasselbeck Says "Goodbye" On THE VIEW --- ABRUPTLY
Elisabeth Hasselbeck bid adieu on today's episode of THE VIEW after ten years with the show. Now while Barbara Walters put a smile on her face and walked out with Elisabeth at the beginning of the show and they continued to say "nice" things about one another, something just screamed... FAKE.I do not believe for one second that Elisabeth's exit today was planned, I firmly believe Elisabeth pulled a shocker yesterday evening and producers of the show scrambled to cover up what could have possibly been another awkward exit.
I also believe Elisabeth was going to be let go from the show anyway and chose to beat them to the punch.
The guide on the television even showed where former THE VIEW co-host Debbie Matenopoulos, was scheduled to be a guest co-host today. She wasn't at the table this morn, which further implies that Elisabeth's departure was abrupt and a complete surprise to the producers of the show.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Abruptly Exits THE VIEW, Heading To The Fox News Channel
Side Note: Rumors have been running rampant for months now about the departure of Elisabeth Hasselbeck, even though at the time.... these rumors were shut down by Barbara Walters on air.
It was obviously true, and if you're a regular viewer of the show, tensions could be witnessed for awhile now between Barbara and Elisabeth. It's also widely known that FNC has attempted numerous times to woo Elisabeth away from THE VIEW in the past.

New Couple Alert: Evan Ross & Ashlee Simpson?
Well folks are abuzz about the possible new togetherness between Evan Ross (Diana Ross' son) and Ashlee Simpson (Jessica Simpson's sister). The two have been spotted out and about together on more than one occasion.

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross made their own fireworks during a Fourth of July bash on Thursday. The rumored couple attended Guy Oseary's party hosted by DeLeón Tequila at Nobu Malibu, and an eyewitness tells E! News that the romance between the singer and Diana Ross' son was very evident.
"They were pretty inseparable," the source tells us, "She was loving the attention she was getting from him." Simpson and Ross enjoyed the sounds of DJ Ruckus at the star-studded bash, which catered to numerous celeb, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Charlize Theron, Edward Norton and Stacy Keibler (just to name a few).
Guests enjoyed a fabulous dinner by Nobu and children of the stars also had their own special playroom where arts and crafts were provided to make Fourth of July-themed crafts. As the sun set over the Pacific Ocean, guests gathered to watch the fireworks. The possible new couple were already spotted together twice before in the past week.
Ashlee and Evan were photographed together on Monday as they were strolling the streets of West Hollywood. They were also snapped leaving Teddy's Nightclub in Hollywood and the Sunset Marquis Hotel later that night, and they were seen in Cabo less than two weeks ago.
Simpson was previously linked to Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza, although the pair seemingly called it quits back in November. Jessica's little sis has a 4-year-old son with ex-husband Pete Wentz. The former couple—who were married for three years—finalized their divorce in Dec. 2011.
Side Note: Evan Ross favors Michael Jackson, and he obviously admired MJ. (Of course it's known that Michael Jackson wanted Diana Ross to be the guardian of his children if for some reason his Mother Mrs. Katherine Jackson couldn't. Great respect between Michael and Diana, with heavy speculation that the two had a romance at one point.)

Not exactly a Scandal, but this is certainly a surprise! Kerry Washington married San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha on June 24 in Blaine County, Idaho, E! News exclusively confirms. Because, you know, they were such a high-profile couple...?
Well, according to sports gossip site TerezOwens.com, which was first to get wind of the happy news, Asomugha has been dating Vanity Fair's August 2013 cover girl since last summer. The 31-year-old three-time Pro Bowl star played with the Oakland Raiders, who drafted him following his graduation from UC Berkeley in 2003, for eight seasons and the Philadelphia Eagles for two before signing with the 49ers in April. The bookish athlete is no stranger to showbiz, either, having scored acting gigs on The Game, Friday Night Lights and Leverage in recent years.
Like his bride, Asomugha is also a dedicated activist and philanthropist and he has participated in the Clinton Global Initiative every year since 2009.
This is the first marriage for Washington, 36, who went from generally lovely actress to mega-star over the past year thanks to her breakout roles playing not-to-be-messed-with political fixer Olivia Pope on ABC's Scandal and Jamie Foxx's enslaved wife Broomhilda von Shaft in Django Unchained.

BET Awards 2013 - Performance Highlights: [Charlie Wilson, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg & Pharrell Tore It UP!
Last night's BET AWARDS 2013 was hella good and turnedup to the umpteenth power!
Host Chris Tucker fail short on a few laughs but all in all he didn't completely fail because folks wanted to see him back on any stage.
However, he needs to work on some new material.
The performances rocked. Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Ciara and more took to the stage. But the highlight of the show was the showstopping performance by Charlie Wilson alongside Justin Timberlake, Pharrell and Snoop. They brought the house down!
Charlie Wilson received the 'Cadillac Lifetime Achievement Award'.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear Pharrell actually SANGING! Lawd! He did that!
Tamela Mann took us to CHURCH with another amazing rendition of 'Take Me To The King'. The show ended but the party didn't stop there, the after-show, after-party was hosted by Brandy and Ray J.
