UPDATE: The Telegraph reports that the woman in the Youtube video yelling racist rants is Emma West, 34, of New Addington, London. She appeared before magistrates today charged with racially aggravated harassment, The Telegraph reports.
Side Note: I'm sure the only thing that saved that woman from being slapped silly was the fact she was holding a child.
