"Dancing With The Stars" Season 13, The Finals Recap! Ricki and J.R. Were Good, But Rob Kardashian Stole The Show & Is Projected To Win!

The "DWTS" 13 finals were crazy! To think that early on J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake were considered the front runners... then out of nowhere Rob Kardashian who started out a very weak link... burst threw the ranks and ended up in the #1 spot Monday night after a great free style dance.

J.R. Martinez deserves to win, just as Ricki Lake and now even Rob K .. the three of them have actually put in the work and performed above par.

But have to give it to Rob Kardashian. He has never had any dance training or experience (Ricki Lake has), Rob was awful week 1 and technically should have been sent home by week 3. But Rob Kardashian stuck in there and put in the extra work to learn the techniques and for that he showed major improvement week after week and the payoff for his hard work.... he scored a perfect 30 last night for his free style performance. This is what the premise of the show is about.. taking a "celeb" who can't ballroom dance, yet showing them the tools and techniques to learn the craft and execute it to the best of their ability. Rob Kardashian did just that, he deserves the win.

Yet I'm torn. J.R. Martinez is a sweetheart and had early success on the leader boards. Still rooting for J.R. as well. Ricki Lake has had training before, as did Jennifer Grey and other celebs in previous seasons.. So granted.. she has given good performances.

At this point the mirror ball trophy could go to any one. But if you base it on the premise of the show. Rob K should win it. If not Rob K, definitely J.R. Martinez! Ricki Lake did great, she lost weight and is coming back with her talk show.. she doesn't need to win the trophy. IJS

The finale airs tonight... and someone wins the mirror ball trophy. - I will be tuned in to The X Factor but will definitely DVR "DWTS".
