Mariah Yeater "quietly" dropped the paternity suit she filed against Justin Bieber after having the nerve to take her lying azz on television, declaring she had evidence to prove her claims. The lies have caught up with her, she attempted to get a friend to delete text m!essages her Mother sent saying her ex-boyfriend was the father.

Mariah Yeater's story that Justin Bieber is the father of her 4-month-old baby has some major holes.
As we previously reported, Mariah's lawyers dropped her as a client and text messages sent to her friends showed there was another man in the picture.
That other man is named Robbie Powell and he is believed to be the father to her son Tristyn.
Mariah has stuck to her story that she had sex with Justin Bieber in the bathroom backstage at a concert, but there's a lot of evidence showing that she was with Robbie.
TMZ has revealed pictures of the couple before Mariah became pregnant, and they seemed to be quite happy together, making funny faces and snuggling up close.
Mariah and her ex-BF Robbie were photographed together last September and she gave birth ten months later. That's pretty close to when she was knocked up.
Law enforcement also told TMZ that Robbie and Mariah were questioned together in connection with a drug bust in San Diego just last month!
Mariah just keeps digging herself a deeper hole.
We're glad this case is settled and that Justin can get back to doing what he does best!
Side Note: Again, Justin needs to sue A.S.A.P. Justin Bieber also has stated that he is still taking a DNA test just to confirm what he already knows is the truth.
