Beyonce made her first post-pregnancy appearance last night and she looked fabulous!
After just giving birth a month ago to baby Blue Ivy, Beyonce stepped out last night to support her hubby Jay Z who was performing at the legendary "Carnegie Hall".
Beyonce also went to the after party at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club. Luv Luv her Christian Louboutin pumps!
