Update! Sean Penn & Jessica White Getting Serious!?

Sean Penn and model Jessica White were spotted together in London earlier this month..looking quite cozy together.

The couple recently were snapped holding hands while attending fellow model Noemie Lenoir's birthday party at new hot spot "Abe & Arthur's" on Saturday night, September 12th.

According to sources:

While neither Sean nor Jessica has officially confirmed that they are dating, they had no hesitation to act like a couple during the party. They were seen laughing and joking and the actor was even said feeding the model food from his own plate.

Sean Penn is currently undergoing divorce proceedings from his actress wife Robin Wright Penn, who is the mother of his two children; daughter Dylan Frances and son Hopper Jack. He initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Three days later, Robin filed her own paperwork. However, in April 2008, the couple's divorce petition was dismissed at their request.

In April this year, Sean sought another legal separation from Robin, whom he married in April 1996. The following month, he had his representative confirming that he called off his latest legal separation from Robin. Last month, Sean decided to kickstart another divorce process.

Jessica was romantically linked previously to footballer Terrell Owens.
