Synopsis:

"Scandal" is based on the real-life exploits of Judy Smith, one of D.C.’s biggest power players. Smith worked as a White House aid to President George H. W. Bush, and served as counsel to Michael Vick, Monica Lewinsky, and former D.C. mayor Mayor Marion Barry.

Scandal is Rhimes’ third series for ABC and will begin airing April 5 at 10 pm.
