After the build up by authorities leading up to the announcement of a Grand Jury's decision on whether or not to indict officer Darren Wilson for the murder of Michael Brown, it was a recipe for disaster.

Officials made the choice to announce the decision at 9pm (8pm St. Louis time) at night, knowing the history of this case. Why would any responsible official choose to make such an announcement at night? It simply makes no sense and shows the continued gross negligence of the local officials in Ferguson and St. Louis County.

The Prosecutor, Robert McCulloch, smugly stepped in front of the cameras to officially let folks know, that the grand jury did not indict Darren Wilson. His delivery was suspect as was the entire process.

It is a DISGRACE that there wasn't an indictment in this case.

Check the press conference below.

I continue to send prayers to Michael Brown's family and hope for peace. There are additional avenues the family can take legally and perhaps justice will be found in that capacity.
