Tony Parker Suing Club For $20 Million For Eye Injury During Brown/Drake Brawl!

Well it was only a matter of time before the lawsuits would start up after the Chris Brown/Drake brawl that happened at the W.I.P Club recently.

Several people were injured including NBA player Tony Parker who sustained an injury to his eye.

Tony has now filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit against the club for his injuries.

Oh and trust additional lawsuits will be following. The club owners I'm sure are going to go after either Drake and/or Chris Brown for damages, even though no one is saying who actually started the brawl.

Spurs guard Tony Parker is suing the owners of W.i.P. nightclub over injuries he allegedly sustained during the Chris Brown-Drake brawl earlier this month, reports the New York Post.

The NBA All-Star is seeking $20 million following a "corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries" he says he suffered during the fight, though his lawyer David Jaroslawicz admitted the extent of the injuries are still unknown.

Neither Brown nor Drake are listed as defendants, with Parker and Jaroslawicz blaming the club for the situation. "The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two," reads the suit.

Parker, who is scheduled to play with the French national basketball team at the Summer Olympics in London, claims the injuries will sideline him for a week. After initially feeling fine, he said the injury worsened, forcing him to visit the ER and to wear "therapeutic" contact lenses.

Earlier this week, the NYPD shut down W.i.P. over unspecified code violations.

He def has grounds for his lawsuit.
