Congrats to the cast, crew, writers and producers of ABC's only surviving daytime drama "General Hospital" for winning five Daytime Emmys.
This has to be the icing on the cake for GH after going through so many changes and finally getting the fantastic news that GH would be renewed for another year.
After racking up 23 nominations for their amazing work, GH won five daytime emmeys including Outstanding Drama Series.
In acting categories Jonathan Jackson (Lucky), Anthony Geary (Luke) and Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) won.
Again congrats to GH! Please note, "General Hospital" will be airing in their new time slot [2PM EST] beginning September 10, 2012.
