Side Note: I sooo had to catch up on the episodes of "Basketball Wives" after hearing about the petitions, along with Star Jones and Wendy Williams sounding off on the antics that were going on with the show.
It's just too many good dang shows on the air, so some shows had to fall to the wayside until I could catch up via my trusty DVR or online. So I was several episodes behind on "Basketball Wives" but now I'm caught up.
Anywho upon watching episode 13 I have to agree somewhat with what folks are saying. First off Tami was wrong wrong wrong. She acted a dayum fool for no valid reason. It was obvious to everyone there including the viewers that Kesha was scared of Tami and Tami went HAM on her anyway.
However if you are going to run your mouth off about someone, don't cower and flee when you are confronted. Kesha didn't even try to defend herself.
And Suzy's instigating behind needs an azz kicking so bad it ain't even funny. The ish she starts up and the dumb azz ish she says in the confessionals just makes you want to see her get punched in the mouth. She too busy kissing everybody's azz trying to keep the heat away from her, because a couple of season's ago her giraffe looking azz was in the same place as Kesha was when Evelyn went IN on her. Suzy is one simple and random b*tch.
Then to be in public, yet again causing a scene, acting undignified and showing not an ounce of class. It was an embarrassment to black women. With all that being said, no petition is needed and here is why.
When you sign up for a reality show ESPECIALLY one like "Basketball Wives", you know right off the bat what the hell you are getting into. Drama is what make the shows successful. Does that make it right? Of course not, but keep ish real.
If Kesha knew she would not or could not take up for herself she had no reason being on the show. I'm sure she had the chance to view at a minimal last season.
Tami needs to calm down. She was just too EXTRA in this episode. To take the girl's handbag and go through her phone was unacceptable, at that point Shaunie should have drawn the line. Epic Fail. So much bufoonery was in the episode, however I don't believe in censorship.
So folks have to "censor" themselves. If you don't like the show then don't watch it. It's that simple. Petitions to cancel the show are ridiculous IMO.
