Lindsay Lohan continues to get "breaks" after unbelievably failing a court ordered drug test only 3 weeks after being released from rehab and after a 2 week jail stay. You would think the child would be thankful for her freedom and attempt to gain sobriety. But Nooooo... Anywho.. A judge overturned the initial ruling a judge gave that stated Lindsay would not be granted bail and would have to sit in jail until her next court date 10.22.10.
I wonder if T.I & Tiny will be so fortunate.....
