Kim Kardashian was spotted with her sister Kourtney leaving the Ivy earlier this week...she was also spotted leaving MTV.
Kim announced just a few days ago that she and boyfriend Reggie Bush were splitting..rumor has it that Reggie had been cheating..though they shot those rumors down. (Blank Stare)
