The longtime couple – who met on the 1996 Broadway production of Rent and married in January 2003 – will welcome their new arrival later this year. Diggs costars on the ABC drama Private Practice and Menzel won a Tony Award for her turn in the 2003 Broadway production of the musical Wicked.
